The buildings are connected by common areas where you can enjoy the company of like-minded neighbors if you wish. There are separate sleeping accommodations available for long-distance guests. The size of the right-of-occupancy apartments ranges from 38-square-meter studios to 69-square-meter one-bedroom apartments. The balconies are glazed. The apartments come with a ceramic safety stove and a dishwasher as standard features. The building also offers a drying room, laundry room, sauna, club room, storage for outdoor equipment, and an individual storage unit for each apartment. There are 25 parking spaces with heating outlets located in the yard (15€/month). The water advance payment is €20 per person per month, with an adjustment based on the apartment's individual water consumption made at least once a year. The rent includes a 50 Mbps internet connection. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The notice period for terminating a right-of-occupancy apartment is 3 months.
