Smart tv, washing machine, dryer, free fast wifi, working station, and sauna will guarantee a comfortable stay for longer or shorter periods of time. The building has an elevator.

Jätkäsaari is both urban and communal neighbourhood only less than two kilometres away from the central Helsinki with both tram and bus connections. From the area, you can find various cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and all kind of sports activities. The neighbourhood is perfect for a longer stay. 15-minute to Kamppi and to Ruoholahti metro station. Tram number 9 goes around the corner, and tram number 8 goes from 500 meters.
