The apartment excellently supports remote working with a fast wireless internet and an adjustable height workstation and a proper office chair.

The flat has recently been renovated and luxuriously equipped with oil waxed parquet, gas stove, as well as a restored Hotel Torni sink and mirror in the bathroom.

Kaikkiin alle kuuden kuukauden pituisien vuokrauksien kuukausihintaan lisätään 14% ALV päälle. Kuukausihinnat pitävät sisällään veden, sähkön, internetin, petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet.

Avara ja valoisa ylellisesti remontoitu ja kalustettu ylimmän kerroksen 79m2 kaksio etsii vuokralaisia joustavalle aikavälille 1vko – 12kk lähelle merta ja palvelujen ääreen aivan Hakaniementorin laidalle. Huoneiston ikkunat aukeavat sekä länteen että itään, rauhalliselle Hakaniemenkujalle ja sisäpihalle.

Asunto mahdollistaa tilavuudellaan rennon oleilun suuremmillekin perheille tai työporukoille.
