Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, vakuus 350€. Ei erillistä vesimaksua. Lemmikit sallittu. Vuokraan sisältyy 50M internetyhteys. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen energiayhtiön kanssa ja sitoutuu ottamaan laajan kotivakuutuksen. Kohde on täysin savuton, tupakointi kielletty asuntojen ja yhteistilojen lisäksi parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.
