Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi, vakuus 1 kk vuokraa vastaava. Ei erillistä vesimaksua. Lemmikit sallittu. Vuokraan sisältyy 50M internetyhteys. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen energiayhtiön kanssa ja sitoutuu ottamaan laajan kotivakuutuksen. Kohde on täysin savuton, tupakointi kielletty asuntojen ja yhteistilojen lisäksi parvekkeilla ja piha-alueilla. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.


Kokkokalliontie 1 is a 9-story apartment building in Reimarla, Helsinki, in the heart of Pitäjänmäki. In addition to apartment specific storage, there are storage for bikes, strollers, as well as storage for outdoor equipment. Parking spaces are located in the newly renovated parking garage, which has two levels. The garage is unheated. As a resident you have also access to two ecological Tesla Model 3 shared cars, found in the parking lot.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water payment is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance. The rent includes 50M internet connection. The property has broad smoking ban, smoking is prohibited indoors and also on the balconies, common areas and yards. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.
