Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin taloyhtiön huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla, yhtiön kaikissa sisätiloissa sekä yhtiön hallitsemilla ulkoalueilla. The building was completed in 2009. We offer rental apartments ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. All apartments feature a glazed balcony. The building is an 8-story residential complex with an elevator. The shared facilities for residents include a sauna and every apartment also has its own storage unit. Additionally, there is the possibility to use the laundry room and drying room in building B. Parking spaces are available for rent separately.

- Water fee 26€/person/month, the water fee is fixed and not adjusted

- Rent includes a 10M internet connection
- The lease agreement is made for an indefinite period, with the first possible termination date 5 months from the start of the agreement

The tenant is responsible for making their own electricity contract and is required to take out home insurance and liability insurance. The housing company will gradually become completely smoke-free. The leases of new residents prohibit smoking in the apartments, on apartment balconies, in all indoor areas of the housing company as well as in outdoor areas managed by the housing company.
