Asunto Oy Jyväskylän Jontikka 2 is located in a peaceful yet central area, surrounded by green outdoor trails and beautiful lake scenery. Nearby, youll find daycare centres, schools, and grocery stores, and the city centre of Jyväskylä is easily accessible by bus, bike, or car.

The apartments are designed for comfort and functionality in everyday life. Light-coloured materials and warm-toned laminate flooring create a neutral base thats easy to style to your liking. The kitchens are modern and well-equipped, and the bathrooms are tiled with space reserved for a washer-dryer combo. Each apartment includes either a French balcony or a glazed balcony, venetian blinds on the windows, and underfloor heating for added comfort.

Residents have access to shared storage spaces and a bike storage room. Parking spaces are conveniently located near the building.

Rental terms:
 Lease agreement valid until further notice with a minimum duration of 6 months
 Water fee based on an advance monthly charge per apartment, adjusted according to actual consumption
 Security deposit only 350 €
 Tenant is responsible for their own electricity contract and home insurance
 Rent includes a 10M building-wide internet connection
 The building is entirely smoke-free  smoking is not allowed on balconies or in the yard area
