The rental apartments at Vernissaraitti 1 are located next to the excellent outdoor areas of Epilä. The buildings, constructed in 2001, contain 37 apartments ranging from studios to three-room units. A significant HVAC renovation has been carried out in 2023, during which bathrooms and kitchens were updated, featuring amenities such as a dishwasher. The property includes storage for personal belongings and outdoor equipment, as well as a common room. There are 39 heated parking spaces available in the yard (€25/month) or in a nearby parking lot (€20/month). A shared car (Omago) provided by YH Kodit is also available for use on Emalikatu at an affordable price.

Many apartments have their own yard, and the largest units are duplexes. Public transport connections from Vernissaraitti are excellent. The center of Tampere is seven kilometers away, and the nearest grocery store is only 500 meters from the property. Harjun School and Kaarila School are located less than a kilometer away.

A 50MT internet connection is included in the rent. Each apartment has individual water meters. An advance water charge is collected monthly per resident, with billing based on actual consumption occurring at least once a year.
