Mieluiten käytetään Qasan palvelua vuokranmaksuun. Vuokrasopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva, kuitenkin vähintään 7 kuukauden sitoumus.

Asunto sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella, hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä Tampereen keskustasta. Läheisyydessä on monipuolisia palveluita ja ulkoilumaastoja.

Autolle on mahdollisuus saada parkkipaikka luolasta, sen hinta on 51€/kk. Pihassa on neljä tolppapaikkaa, hinta 12€/kk, niiden vaihtuvuus vähäistä.

Bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment. The unit includes a separate bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and a glazed balcony. Internet is included in the rent.

The apartment is located in a well-maintained housing cooperative built in 1981. Extensive renovations have been carried out in the building, such as a new roof covering (2019), window and balcony door replacements (2012), and elevator renovations (2015 and 2016). In 2024, the front doors were replaced, and the lower façade elements were repainted.

The apartment features a basic, clean kitchen and a spacious living room that leads to the glazed balcony. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet shower, and space for a washing machine.

The building is equipped with amenities such as a sauna, laundry room, and storage for outdoor equipment. The cooperative also has a mangle room and cold storage facilities. The property is connected to district heating with water-circulated radiator heating.

It is preferred that rent payments are managed via the Qasa service. The lease agreement is valid indefinitely but requires a minimum commitment of seven months.

The apartment is located in a peaceful area with excellent transportation connections to Tampere city center. Nearby, you’ll find a wide range of services and outdoor recreation areas.

A parking space in an underground garage is available for €51/month. There are also four outdoor spaces with heating posts, costing €12/month, but their turnover is minimal.
