Asunnolta kävelee pari minuuttia Tampereen keskustan ravintoloiden ja muiden palveluiden ääreen. Talon läheltä menee lisäksi myös ratikka sekä linja-autot. Linja-autoasemalle ja juna-asemalle on parin minuutin kävelymatka. Asunnolla on lisäksi myös oma hallipaikka taloyhtiön parkkihallissa.

Asunto on täysin kalustettu ja mukaasi tarvitset vain henkilökohtaiset tavarasi. Kalustukseen kuuluu mm. kattavat ruuanlaittovälineet, laadukkaat huonekalut, astianpesukone sekä pyykinpesukone.

There is only a minute walk to all the best restaurants and other services of Tampere downtown. The bus lines and the tram go close to the building. There is also only a few minutes walk to the railway station and the bus station of Tampere. The apartment also has its own parking slot in the building garage.

The apartment is fully furnished and you only need to have your personal belongings with you. Furnishings includes e.g. comprehensive cooking utensils, quality furniture, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
