Vuokralainen tekee itse sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan laajan kotivakuutuksen. Tupakointi huoneiston sisätiloissa ja yleisissä tiloissa on kielletty. Lemmikit sallittu. Vuokraan sisältyy 50M internetyhteys. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

Backaksen Birka in Vantaa is located in the charming Kartanonkoski area, close to services and transport links. The shopping centre Jumbo is only about 1 km away and the airport is also only a short drive away. A kindergarten and a school can be found nearby and the historic Backas Manor and wonderful outdoor areas are within walking distance.

Cosy apartments are fitted with light-coloured materials and have a private sauna for a luxurious everyday life. Parking spaces are rented separately depending on the reservation situation.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent and only money deposit is accepted. Water fee is 20 €/person/month. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The rent includes 50M internet connection. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and public areas. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.
