We are looking for tenant(s) for this top floor spacious and luminous 2-bedroom apartment with a study, balcony, jacuzzi and a sauna. The apartment is beautifully decorated and fully furnished . WeHost Housekeeper will clean the apartment and water the plants twice a month.

The balcony, which has west-facing views over the roofs, is a great place for morning coffee or a meal. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, with a dishwasher, induction stove, kettle, microwave , refrigerator and freezer. It also has some special features, including a wine fridge, an integrated coffee machine, an ice maker, and a US-style toaster oven. The bathroom has a washing machine, dryer, jacuzzi tub. The sauna has a view of the Helsinki Cathedral.

The apartment includes a separate home office, with a desk and chair, and a monitor . There is fast wifi, a smart TV and a Google Nest sound system with speakers throughout the apartment.

Each of the two bedrooms has 160 cm wide beds with high quality memory foam mattresses and ample cupboard space. The study, with a door separating it from the living room, has an extendable double sofa-bed and so it can serve as a guest room for family and friends. In addition to the sizable bathroom, there is a separate toilet. The skylights, which do not open, bring natural light into the apartment.

The location is ideal--there is a well-stocked grocery store a block away and a host of excellent restaurants within a five minute walk. Esplanadi is just a five minute walk and Stockmann is eleven minutes away.

Parking is available on the street, with a permit from the City of Helsinki for €60 per month, as well as in a private garage, located one block away, for €250-400 per month. The parking needs to be purchased from the service provider and is not included in the price.

Etsimme vuokralaisia joustavalle aikavälille tähän ylimmän kerroksen tilavaan ja valoisaan täysin kalustettuun ja varusteltuun sekä kuvien mukaisesti stailattuun ullakkohuoneistoon Helsingin Kaartinkaupungissa. Kahden makuuhuoneen lisäksi asunnossa on kotitoimisto, parveke, poreallas ja oma sauna. Kuukausihinta sisältää WeHostin toteuttaman siivouksen kahden viikon välein, johon kuuluu kasvien kastelu. Täydellinen sijainti, hyvin varusteltu ruokakauppa korttelin päässä, Esplanadille 5 minuutin kävely ja Stockmannille 11min.

Ainutlaatuiset näkymät parvekkeelta kattojen yli länteen, tilava ja täysin varusteltu keittiö viinikaapilla, integroidulla kahvinkeittimellä ja jääpalakoneella, sekä jenkkityylisellä voileipägrillillä tietenkin perinteisten astianpesukoneen, induktiolieden, uunin, vedenkeittimen ja mikron lisäksi. Kylpyhuoneessa pesutorni, eli pyykinpesukone ja kuivausrumpu, poreamme sekä oma sauna näkymällä Tuomiokirkolle.

Nopea wifi, pariovilla suljettava kotitoimisto jossa toimistopöytä ja -tuoli sekä näyttö. Google Nest äänentoistojärjestelmä kaiuttimilla ympäri olohuonetta. Älytelevisio.

Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta 160 cm sängyillä ja paljon kaappitilaa vaatteille. Kotitoimiston levitettävä vuodesohva tekee tästä huoneesta tarpeen vaatiessa myös vierashuoneen. Kylpyhuoneen lisäksi erillinen vessa lähellä eteistä. Kattoikkunat tuovat asuntoon luonnonvaloa mutta eivät aukea.

Pysäköintimahdollisuuksia sekä kadulla että yksityisessä hallissa Kasarmitorilla korttelin päässä asunnosta. Helsingin kaupungilta ostettava asukaspysäköintitunnus 60 €/kk takaa rajattoman kadunvarsipysäköinnin. Paikka yksityisessä hallissa 250-400 €/kk. Parkki ostetaan erikseen ja suoraan palveluntarjoajalta, eikä se kuulu hintaan.
