We are looking for tenants to this newly built and fully equipped furnished 1-bedroom apartment in Helsinki Kalasatama. The apartment is located just next to the shoreline and it comes with a small own yard as well as a private entrance. Fast internet access and remote workstation as well as a dishwasher and washing machine enable a comfortable living for both longer and shorter periods of time. Flexible contracts available from 1 week to 2 years.

The apartment has a small workstation (possibility to get a larger table from the storage unit of the apartment), Smart-tv, as well as all the basic supplies for cooking and eating. Please note that the bedroom does not have an own window, but the daylight will come through the window in the door.

Kalasatama is a young and trendy neighbourhood with good public transportation connect to both Pasila, Eastern-Helsinki as well as to the Centrum. You will find the following services from nearby:

1. Shopping Mall Redi and metro station – 500m

Etsimme vuokralaisia vastavalmistuneeseen täysin varusteltuun kalustettuun kaksioon Helsingin Kalasatamaan. Asunto meren välittömässä läheisyydessä ja siihen kuuluu pieni piha sekä yksityinen sisäänkäynti kadulta. Nopea internet-yhteys ja etätyöpiste sekä astian- ja pyykinpesukoneet takaavat lokoisan majoittumisen joko pidemmäksi tai lyhyemmäksi aikaa. Sopimus joustavalle aikavälille 1vko – 24kk.

Asunnossa on pieni työpiste (saatavilla myös isompi työpöytä asunnon häkkivarastosta), Smart-tv, sekä kaikki tarvittavat ruoanlaittoon ja syömiseen. Huomaathan, että makuuhuoneessa ei ole omaa ikkunaa, vaan päivänvalo tulee huoneen oven ikkunan kautta.

Kalasatama on nuori ja trendikäs kaupunginosa aivan Helsingin kantakaupungin kyljessä ja sieltä on hyvät julkiset kulkuyhteydet sekä Pasilaan, Itä-Helsinkiin, että keskustaan. Löydät alueelta seuraavat palvelut:
