We are looking for new tenants for a flexible period of time ranging from a week to a year to this spacious and furnished 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony and walk-in-closet right next to the Koivusaari metrostation. The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate tenants either for longer or shorter term.

Lauttasaari is a green and peaculy seaside neighbourhood only two metro stops away from Kamppi and Keilaniemi.

WeHost is a Finnish full-service company currently offering around 90 furnished apartments for rent in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, to both corporate clients and consumers. Our team of three entrepreneurs and 15 housekeepers and maintenance staff make sure that you will enjoy your stay from the beginning to the end. We will take care of possible maintenance tasks or need to restock equipment of the apartment both without a further ado and free of charge.

Kaikkiin alle kuuden kuukauden pituisien vuokrauksien kuukausihintaan lisätään 10% ALV päälle. Kuukausihinnat pitävät sisällään sähkön, veden, internetin, petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet.

Etsimme vuokralaisia joustavalle aikavälille viikosta vuoteen tähän tilavaan ja kalustettuun kolmioon parvekkeella sekä vaatehuoneella Koivusaaren metroaseman vieressä. Asunto on täysin varusteltu soveltumaan sekä pidempi- että lyhytaikaisempaan tarpeeseen.
