We are looking for a new tenant to this bright 2nd floor apartment in Meilahti with a balcony. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a dining area, sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a work station and a balcony. The small marble side table in the living room has been removed from the apartment. Also there is a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment.

Meilahti is a peaceful neighborhood with nature and services, close to the Helsinki center. The apartment is located right by tram 4 line which takes you to Helsinki center in 20 minutes. Also it's next to the Meilahden ala-aste school. The famous Mannerheimintie street with all it's services is just 600m walk away from the apartment with great public transport options.
