A cozy room for a student or working and calm tenant, close to Mellunmäki metro station. Rooms are about 10 sqm + 16 sqm common spaces. Rent 450€ /month (12 months contract) including water/electricity. 2 month deposit. Available now balconyroom which is +20€.

New bathroom. The building company's common facilities (laundry room, sauna and swimming pool are all new and downstairs, usable for appartments together turn, own can be arranged)

We make also short term agreements with one month notice.

Room with balcony +20€ (total 470€) and water/electricity+wifi fee is included. We have both men and female appartment, where are few rooms still available. Please ask the situation! Male appartments pictures are on the bottom starting form picture 29 (new grey kitchen). Womens pictures are first.

***IN ENGLISH*** Your roommates are women who work, so calm living is desirable. The kitchen equipment can be used freely. The house has a sauna, swimming pool and laundry room. The appartment has it's own laundry machine.

Excellent public transport. Metro is a few minutes walk away (about 350 m), and the night bus stops by the house.

Looking for a peaceful tenant who is used to shared-flat living. As this is a shared accommodation it is not suitable for partying, and pets and indoor smoking are prohibited.
