Monthly price includes water, electricity, and fast wifi as well as hotel grade linens and towels per person. To every rental less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top of the monthly price.
We are looking for new tenants to this superbly located 3rd floor 2-bedroom fully furnished and equipped apartment with a sauna, a balcony, two bathrooms and free access to the building's own gym. The apartment is located right in the heart of Helsinki, next to Ruoholahti metro station. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, pots, pans, kitchenware and cutlery. Smart tv, washing machine, free fast wifi, working station, and sauna will guarantee a comfortable stay for longer or shorter periods of time.
Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony is absolutely forbidden.

Erinomainen sijainti aivan Ruoholahden metroaseman vieressä. Täysin varusteltu keittiö astianpesukoneella, padoilla ja kattiloilla, keittiötarvikkeilla sekä astiastolla. Smart tv, pyykinpesukone, nopea wifi, työpiste ja sauna takaavat mukavan majoittumisen pidemmäksi tai lyhyemmäksi aikaa.
