We are looking for tenants for a flexible time period to this superb location and fully equipped new 2BR and according to the photos furnished apartment in Verkkosaari, Helsinki. The seaview, sauna, own balcony as well as own parking spot under the building will guarantee a convenient stay also for longer term. Own dishwasher and washing machine inside apartment. A fee of the parking spot 80€ a month.

Verkkosaari is a new and prestigious seaside neighbourhood just next to the Kalasatama. The closest grocery store is only 600m walking distance, there’s also an Italian restaurant in 200m and Thai restaurant in 250m. The apartment is in the shore, you can smell the sea already from your balcony.

Our team of three entrepreneurs and 15 housekeepers and maintenance staff make sure that you will enjoy your stay from the beginning to the end. Kuukausivuokra pitää sisällään veden, internetin sekä hotellitason petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Kaikkiin alle kuuden kuukauden sopimuksiin hintaan lisätään 14% ALV. Sähkömaksu erikseen kulutuksen mukaan.

Etsimme vuokralaisia joustavalle aikavälille tähän paraatipaikalta Verkkosaaresta vapautuvaan täysin varusteltuun ja kuvien mukaisesti kalustettuun kahden makuuhuoneen 2024 valmistuneeseen merelliseen kolmioon. Parkkipaikka talon alla, merinäkymä, sauna, oma parveke sekä lukuisat ikkunat takaavat lokoisat oltavat pidemmäksikin aikaa. Oma pyykinpesukone ja astianpesukone asunnossa. Parkkkipaikan hinta 80€/kk.

Verkkosaari on arvostettu ja uusi merellinen asuinalue aivan Kalasataman vieressä. Asunnolta lähimpään ruokakauppaan on 600m, Italialainen ravintola 200m päässä ja Thaimaalainen ravintola 250m päässä. Asunto on aivan rannassa, merituulen voi aistia jo asunnon parvekkeelta.
