KAMPANJA: Kohteen Seunalantie 11 uusiin vuokrasopimuksiin, heti vapaisiin asuntoihin 1 kk vuokra-alennus ensimmäisestä täyden kuun vuokrasta, kun sopimus alkaa viimeistään 30.6.2025. Sopimukseen sitouduttava vuodeksi. Vaihtoehtoisesti hyödynnettävissä myös kaksi viikkoa veloituksetonta asumisaikaa, jolloin ensimmäinen mahdollinen irtisanomispäivä on 5 kk kuluttua sopimuksen alkamisesta.
Mikäli sopimus irtisanotaan ennen ensimmäistä mahdollista irtisanomispäivää, tulee maksettavaksi 1 kk vuokraa vastaava sakko.
Kampanjoiden yhteydessä vakuus vain 350€.

CAMPAIGN: The first full month's rent is free of charge, when the contract starts 30.6.2025 at the latest. The first termination date for the campaign agreement is 11 months from the start of the rental agreement. Alternatively it is possible to get two weeks rent free, the first termination date for the two week campaign agreement is 5 months from the start of the rental agreement. The deposit is only 350€. If campaign agreement is terminated before the first possible termination date a penalty equal of one months rent needs to be paid.

Vuokrasopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva, yhden kuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Vakuusmaksu on 350€ ja vesimaksu sisältyy vuokraan. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen energiayhtiön kanssa ja sitoutuu ottamaan asuntoon kotivakuutuksen. Vuokraan sisältyy 10M laajakaista. Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita. Tupakointi huoneiston sisätiloissa ja yleisissä tiloissa on kielletty. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidetään.

As Oy Keravan Solina is located in the centre of Kerava at Seunalantie 11. The property is centrally located right next to the various services in the centre of Kerava. Kerava train station, schools, kindergartens, sports and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Excellent transport connections, less than half an hour to Helsinki by train and 20 minutes to the airport by car.

The apartments are bright and functional and well-equipped. The apartments have a dishwasher, light-coloured plank flooring and a glazed balcony. All balconies overlook the green courtyard. In addition to a separate storage room for your belongings, there are also shared storage facilities, a drying room, a sauna and a gym. Parking spaces are available for rent separately.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The security deposit is 350€. The water payment is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance. The rent includes 10M internet connection. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas. The right to make changes is reserved.
