The six row houses at Niemenmaantie 915 contain a total of 23 apartments, all equipped with a private sauna. The selection includes one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and four-room homes with a kitchen. Each apartment has a separate storage unit in an outbuilding, and tenants can reserve a parking space with an electrical outlet for €20/month.

The property underwent wet area renovations and a plumbing, ventilation, and electrical system overhaul in 2024. The heating system is based on geothermal energy.

Water advance payment: €20/person/month, adjusted according to actual consumption.

A 50 Mbps internet connection is included in the rent.

Pets are welcome in our apartments.
