The rental apartments on Tapettikatu are located with excellent transport connections. Next to the property are the green jogging paths of Lake Tohloppi. Nearby services include a grocery store, a school, and a daycare center. The apartment building on Tapettikatu offers apartments ranging from studios to four-room family apartments, each with its own sauna and balcony. The housing company features a laundry room, drying room, and clubroom. Additionally, each apartment has its own storage space and a shared outdoor equipment storage. There are 41 parking spaces with heating posts in the yard (20 EUR/month, covered space 30 EUR/month). The YH Kotien shared car (Omago) is also available at a reasonable price on Emalikatu.

Water and a 50 Mbps internet connection are included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The lease is made for an indefinite period.

 There are restrictions in tenant selection. Tenants are chosen based on the need for housing, assets, and income as stated in the application.

 Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and on the balconies for leases made after September 1, 2020.

 We will check your credit history. Payment defaults related to housing may affect your ability to get an apartment.
