Cozy Rental Apartment in Epilä, Tampere

The apartment building at Winterinraitti 46 is located in Epilä, Tampere, near the lush outdoor areas of Epiläharju. The trees in the surrounding environment provide comfort and make the yard feel sheltered. The building consists of 40 rental apartments, ranging from studios to spacious three-room units. Each apartment has its own sauna. The property features individual storage for each apartment, as well as a shared drying room and outdoor equipment storage. There are 34 heated parking spaces available in the yard (€20/month). A shared car (Omago) provided by YH Kodit is also available for use on Emalikatu at an affordable price.

Water charges and a 50 MT internet connection are included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The lease is indefinite.

 Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony for agreements made after September 1, 2020.
