The apartments at Tieteenkatu 20 offer a modern and accessible environment for all residents. Each floor features shared, comfortable lounge and sauna areas, providing space for relaxation and community. To make daily life easier, the apartments are equipped with a central vacuum system, and parking spaces are available both in the parking garage and in the courtyard. The fitness room in the basement helps you stay in shape, and the laundry room and drying room make laundry care effortless. Water is billed based on consumption, with an annual reconciliation. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The rent includes a 50Mbps internet connection.

The apartments have an age limit of 63 years, and health reasons are considered in the selection process.
