Pyynikin kaksiomme tarjoaa historiallisen talon 8. kerroksessa. Asunto itsessään on valmistunut vuonna 2019 ja pinnat ovat hyvässä kunnossa. Asunnolta kävelee muutaman minuutin Tampereen keskustan ravintoloiden ja muiden palveluiden ääreen. Pyynikin harjulle kävelee myös vain pari minuuttia. Talon läheltä menee lisäksi myös ratikka sekä linja-autot. Linja-autoasemalle ja juna-asemalle on noin 15 minuutin kävelymatka.

Asunto on täysin kalustettu ja mukaasi tarvitset vain henkilökohtaiset tavarasi. Kalustukseen kuuluu mm. kattavat ruuanlaittovälineet, laadukkaat huonekalut ja astian- sekä pyykinpesukone. Lisäksi ilmainen pysäköinti on järjestettävissä kadun varresta.

2ndhomesin asunnot ovat valmiiksi kalustettuja ja sopivat niin yksityisille kuin yrityksillekin. Vuokra sovitaan aina tapauskohtaisesti ja se tyypillisesti sisältää myös sähkö-, vesi- ja lämmityskulut sekä nopean internetyhteyden. Voit kuitenkin vuokrata asunnon myös ilman näitä. Asunnon voi vuokrata yhdestä yöstä aina useiksi vuosiksi. Luottotiedot ja vuokravakuus edellytetään tapauskohtaisesti.

This Pyynikki area one-bedroom apartment offers living in historical building just next to the downtown of Tampere. The apartment is built in 2019 and it is in very good condition. There is only a few minutes walk to all the best restaurants and other services of Tampere downtown but also the outdoor area of Pyynikki. The bus lines and the tram are withing walking distance. There is also only a 15 minutes walk to the railway station and the bus station of Tampere.

The apartment is fully furnished and you only need to have your personal belongings with you. Furnishings includes e.g. comprehensive cooking utensils, quality furniture and a washing machine and a dishwasher. Free parking can also be arranged.

Our apartments at 2ndhomes are furnished and suitable for both private and business use. The rent is always agreed on a case-by-case basis and typically also includes electricity, water and heating costs as well as high-speed internet access. However, you can also rent an apartment without these. The apartment can be rented from one night to several years. The need for credit information and rental deposit are required case-by-case.
