Housing Company Tampereen Pikkuniemi was completed in 2019 in the pleasant Niemenranta residential area, close to Lake Näsijärvi. The nearest grocery store is just a stones throw away and the extensive services of Lielahti are also nearby. Niemenranta has excellent public transport connections to the city center.

The shared facilities available for residents include a laundry room, a drying room and storage spaces. Carport and outdoor parking spaces are available for rent separately.

The apartments feature high-quality materials and a good level of equipment. The floors are laminate and the bathroom is tiled. The kitchen includes a ceramic stove, a refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher and a space for a microwave.
