As Oy Tampereen Gustaf sijaitsee Ranta-Tampellassa aivan Näsijärven tuntumassa. Asukkaat pääsevät nauttimaan upeista rantareiteistä sekä kulkuyhteydet ovat vertaansa vailla. Bussipysäkit sijaitsevat vieressä, keskustaan kävelee reilussa vartissa sekä omalla autolla liikkuva saavuttaa Rantaväylän parissa minuutissa. Lähikauppa sijaitsee kivenheiton päässä.

Yhdeksänkerroksisen Gustafin 1-3h kodit ovat kooltaan 24,5  59,5 m2. Asuntojen lattiat ovat kestävää vinyylilankkua ja kylpyhuoneet laatoitettuja. 24,5  36 m2 asuntojen keittiöissä on varusteena 2-levyinen induktioliesitaso, mikro-uuniyhdistelmä, integroitu astianpesukone sekä jääkaappi pakastelokerolla.
Suurempien asuntojen keittiöissä on 4-levyinen induktioliesitaso, kalusteuuni, integroitu astianpesukone sekä jääkaappipakastin ja varaus mikrolle. Kylpyhuoneessa on varaus ja liitännät pyykinpesukoneelle ja kuivausrummulle sekä mukavuuslattialämmitys, joka on kytketty huoneiston sähköön.
Asunnoissa on terassi tai lasitettu parveke. Osassa 2. kerroksen asunnoista on lisäksi huoneistopiha.

Taloyhtiössä asukkaiden käytössä on sauna, pesutupa, kuivaushuone ja lastenvaunuvarasto. Jokaiselle asunnolle oma irtainvarasto. Erikseen vuokrattavana rajallinen määrä autohallipaikkoja (60 €/kk). Taloyhtiön asukkaana sinulla on käytössä ekologinen Tesla Model 3 täyssähköauto, joka löytyy yhtiön parkkipaikalta.

Toistaiseksi voimassa oleva vuokrasopimus. Vakuus kuukauden vuokraa vastaava. Vesimaksuennakko 20 €/hlö/kk. Vesimaksu tasataan kulutuksen mukaan kerran vuodessa.
Vuokraan sisältyy DNA:n 50M laajakaistayhteys. Lemmikit sallittu, tupakointi kielletty huoneistossa, yleisissä tiloissa ja parvekkeilla. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen sekä sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen.

The housing company Gustaf of Tampere is located in Ranta-Tampella right by the lake Näsijärvi. Tenants get to enjoy spectacular sunsets, lakeside boulevard, outdoor gym and extremely good connectivity with both private cars and public transportation inside Tampere and out of the city, too. Bus stops are right next by the building, city center 15mins walk away and by your own car you reach the Rantaväylä underground tunnel in two minutes. Grocery store is located nearby.

Gustaf is a 9-floor building consisting of homes in range 24,5  59,5 square meters. Floors are durable vinyl plank and bathrooms are of ceramic tile. Smaller apartments (24,5  36 m2) are equipped with 2-unit induction stove, micro-oven combination, integrated dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Bigger apartments have a 4-unit induction stove, integrated oven and dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a place for a microwave oven. In bathroom there is a place for a laundry washer and drying machine and a heated floor that is attached to the apartments electricity contract. There is either a terrace or a glass-sheltered balcony in every apartment. Some of the 2nd floor apartments have also a yard.

The building offers the tenants with a sauna, laundry room, drying room and a trolley storage room. Each apartment has an individual storage that can be locked. For 60€/month there is limited availability for a parking space. As a resident you have also access to ecological Tesla Model 3 shared car, found in the parking lot.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water prepayment 20 €/person/month, which is adjusted based on consumption once a year . The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance.
The rent includes 50M internet connection. The property has broad smoking ban, smoking is prohibited indoors and also on the balconies. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.
