As Oy Tampereen Pisparannan Minerina is a modern and carefully designed rental property located in the newly developed Santalahti residential area, on its western edge near the shores of Lake Näsijärvi. Completed in October 2020, the building offers smooth connections to both the city center of Tampere and the services of Lielahti. The adjacent Santalahti outdoor park invites residents to enjoy recreation and relaxation with beautiful lakeside scenery.

The seven-story Pisparannan Minerina includes a total of 87 apartments, ranging in size from 23 to 75.5 square meters. Every home has either a balcony or a terrace, and some units also include a private sauna. The floors are finished with laminate, and bathrooms are fully tiled. Kitchens are equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Bathrooms have plumbing and space reserved for a washing machine, and some also have room for a dryer.
