Asunto Oy Tampereen Pispanrannan Rubino sijaitsee Santalahdessa, Näsijärven välittömässä läheisyydessä. Näsijärven rantamaisemien upeat lenkkireitit ja koripallokentät koirapuistoineen ovat aivan vieressä. Keskustan ja Lielahden palveluihin pääset oman auton lisäksi käteväsi julkisilla, pyörällä tai kävellen.

Asukkaiden yhteiskäytössä ovat kuivaushuone, ulkoiluväline- lastenvaunuvarasto ja irtaimistovarastot. Rubinon asukkailla on myös mahdollisuus käyttää viereisen taloyhtiön pesutupaa. Yhtiössä vuokrattavana rajallinen määrä autohallipaikkoja hintaan 90 €/kk.

Keittiön varusteisiin kuuluu kalusteuuni, induktioliesitaso, jääkaappipakastin ja astianpesukone. Kylpyhuoneet on laatoitettu ja jokaisessa kylpyhuoneessa on pesukoneliitäntä. Pesuhuoneissa sähköinen mukavuuslattialämmitys huoneiston sähköstä. Kaikissa asunnoissa on joko lasitettu parveke tai terassi sekä joissain kodeissa lisäksi pieni piha. Yhtiössä on kaukolämpö ja lämmitysjärjestelmänä vesikiertoinen patterilämmitys.

Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin taloyhtiön huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja yhteisissä tiloissa. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.
