The kitchen is a good size and the bathroom has been renovated together with the renovation of the plumbing. Services are nearby (e.g. Lippulaiva) and the metro station is within walking distance. Espoo's coastal promenade invites you to go outdoors (Klobben beach is just 5 minutes walk). The building also has two saunas, many storage rooms and parking spaces. There is basic TV & internet at the apartment (included at the price, DNA Welho), and all needed devices, but there is no furniture (you must bring your own). Water fee (20€) is included in the rent. The warranty is 2 rents (you deposit at your own bank account).
