Housing Company Helsingin Merikotka is located in Herttoniemenranta, close to the seashore. The area offers excellent outdoor opportunities, and the Tuorinniemi beach is nearby. Just over a kilometer away is the Hertsi shopping center, which offers comprehensive services and restaurants. The Herttoniemi metro station is also just over a kilometer away. This is a five-story residential building with an elevator.

Each apartment comes with its own storage unit, and residents have access to shared facilities such as a laundry room and an outdoor equipment storage room.

DNA 10M broadband is included in the rent and parking spaces are available for rent separately. A geothermal heating project is planned for the property in 2025.

The lease agreement is for an indefinite period. The security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent.
