We are looking for tenants for a flexible period of time in this very modern, fully equipped and furnished apartment with great sea views available in Katajanokka. From the the living room and balcony there are sparkling sea views in all directions. A workstation, smart TV, two toilets and a balcony guarantee a comfortable stay even for a longer period of time. You will have your own washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment, and also a laundry room downstairs.

Katajanokka is a prestigious seaside neighbourhood just next to the Helsinki centrum. The closest grocery store and tram stops are only a 300m walking distance away. There is a lot of great restaurants within walking distance in the Katajanokka area. The east-end of Katajanokka, where also the apartment is located, is a park-like area with views to the sea.

Etsimme vuokralaisia joustavalle aikavälille tähän Katajannokalta vapautuvaan täysin varusteltuun ja kuvien mukaisesti kalustettuun asuntoon mahtavilla merimaisemilla. Olohuoneen ikkunoista sekä parvekkeelta on kimaltelevat merinäköalat joka suuntaan. Työpiste, smart-TV, kaksi vessaa ja parveke takaavat mukavat oltavat pidemmäksikin aikaa. Oma pyykinpesukone ja astianpesukone asunnossa.

Katajanokka on arvostettu merellinen asuinalue aivan keskustan tuntumassa. Asunnolta lähimpään ruokakauppaan sekä raitiovaunupysäkille on kävelyä n. 300m. Katjanokan itäinen pääty, jossa asuntokin sijaitsee, on puistomaista rantakaistaletta, josta aukeaa näköalat merelle.
