FURNISHED apartment for responsible tenant(s). The apartment is close to Helsinki University’s Viikki Campus. Nice neighborhoods and very quiet.

The apartment size is 48m2+balcony. The main bedroom size is around 14m2 with a sliding door. There is another bed in the living room space that could turn into another bedroom for one person. It's also great working space for someone work/study from home.

This apartment has a great access to nearby forest and sports area. Nice cross-country ski tracks nearby if there comes more snow in Helsinki. The apartment has plenty of natural light and a balcony with a good view. A big Viikki K-Supermarket is nearby and opens till late everyday.

Rent: 850€/month, extra person 40€/month. Deposit 900€.

The rent includes water fee for one person, electricity, housing insurance, Wifi (Telia 70-100 Mbit/s), apartment weekly jogging sauna(female/male). Clean bed linens and towels are provided if needed.
