Vuokseniskan palvelut sijaitsevat aivan asunnon vierellä. Asukkaiden yhteiskäytössä olevia tiloja ovat irtaimisto-, lastenvaunu- ja ulkoiluvälinevarastot sekä sauna ja kuivaushuone.
Asunnossa on laadukkaat pintamateriaalit, kuten laminaattilattia ja kylpyhuoneet on laatoitettu. Kylpyhuoneessa on myös liitännät ja tilavaraus pyykinpesukoneelle ja kuivausrummulle. Keittiön varusteluun kuuluvat liesi, jääkaappipakastin. Asunnossa on tilava lasitettu parveke ja asuntojen ikkunoissa on sälekaihtimet. Autopaikat sijaitsevat talon pihassa ja ovat vuokrattavissa erikseen varaustilanteen mukaan.
Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi. Vakuus on 1 kk vuokraa vastaava ja vakuudeksi hyväksytään vain rahavakuus. Vesimaksu 23 €/hlö/kk, vesimaksu on kiinteä ja sitä ei tasata. Vuokralainen tekee itse sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan laajan kotivakuutuksen. Tupakointi huoneiston sisätiloissa ja yleisissä tiloissa on kielletty. Lemmikit sallittu tapauskohtaisesti. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.
