A 1970s apartment complex, Kalkunkulma 2 / Kiviniemenkatu 3, offering a nostalgic touch of the past, is available for rent with options ranging from studios to four-room apartments. The entire complex underwent a major renovation in 2005, including tiled bathrooms and glazed balconies.

Nestled close to nature, the complex is near forested jogging trails and the services of the Mustavuori ski center. A local shop, daycare, and school are conveniently nearby, and the Tesoma service hub is easily accessible by bike. Buses to both Nokia and Tampere city centers run via Kalkku.

The property features a laundry room, drying room, individual storage units for each apartment, outdoor equipment storage, and a shared sauna.

Water and a 50 Mbps internet connection are included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments, and leases are offered on an indefinite basis. Smoking is prohibited, including on balconies, for agreements made after September 1, 2020.

There are 32 parking spaces (20€/per month) with electrical outlets and 28 garages (30€/per month) available.
