Asunto Oy Tampereen Pispanrannan Rubino sijaitsee Santalahdessa, Näsijärven välittömässä läheisyydessä. Näsijärven rantamaisemien upeat lenkkireitit ja koripallokentät koirapuistoineen ovat aivan vieressä. Keskustan ja Lielahden palveluihin pääset oman auton lisäksi käteväsi julkisilla, pyörällä tai kävellen.

Asukkaiden yhteiskäytössä ovat kuivaushuone, ulkoiluväline- lastenvaunuvarasto ja irtaimistovarastot. Rubinon asukkailla on myös mahdollisuus käyttää viereisen taloyhtiön pesutupaa. Yhtiössä vuokrattavana rajallinen määrä autohallipaikkoja hintaan 90 €/kk.

Keittiön varusteisiin kuuluu kalusteuuni, induktioliesitaso, jääkaappipakastin ja astianpesukone. Kylpyhuoneet on laatoitettu ja jokaisessa kylpyhuoneessa on pesukoneliitäntä. Pesuhuoneissa sähköinen mukavuuslattialämmitys huoneiston sähköstä. Kaikissa asunnoissa on joko lasitettu parveke tai terassi sekä joissain kodeissa lisäksi pieni piha. Yhtiössä on kaukolämpö ja lämmitysjärjestelmänä vesikiertoinen patterilämmitys.

Vuokralainen tekee itse sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan laajan kotivakuutuksen sekä vastuuvakuutuksen. Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin taloyhtiön huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja yhteisissä tiloissa. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Housing Company Tampereen Pispanrannan Rubino is located in Santalahti in close proximity to Lake Näsijärvi. The beautiful jogging trails and basketball courts with dog parks along the shores of Lake Näsijärvi are right next door. You can easily reach the services of the city center and Lielahti by car, public transport, bicycle or on foot.

The shared facilities available for residents include a drying room, outdoor equipment and stroller storage and storage spaces. Rubino residents can also use the laundry room of the neighboring housing company. A limited number of parking spaces in the parking garage are available for rent at 90 euros per month.
